Frequently Asked Questions

Log in to your account, click 'My Orders' from the navigation menu, and select meals for each day of the month. When you're done, click 'Submit Order' to finalize.
The ordering window typically opens before the start of each month. You'll receive an email notification when it opens and a reminder before it closes.
Go to your Wallet page and click 'Add Funds.' You can pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer.
Yes, you can modify your order as long as the ordering window is still open. Go to 'My Orders,' make your changes, and be sure to click 'Submit Order' again so your updates are saved. If your new order total is higher, only the difference will be charged from your wallet. If it's lower, the difference will be refunded back to your wallet.
If a lunch day is cancelled, you'll receive an email notification and any funds for that day will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
